National Australia Bank together with the Aboriginal Artist of the Year Wayne Quilliam is pleased to host the photographic exhibition “Sorry: More than a Word” to commemorate the second anniversary of the Apology to Australia’s Indigenous Peoples.

The popular exhibition opened at Parliament House in Canberra for the first anniversary and has travelled the country including hanging in remote communities in the Northern Territory and Queensland.

The exhibition curator Wayne Quilliam said “The essence of this collection evolves as it touches the hearts and minds of people throughout the world. Two years on and messages from people across the globe still pour in as they remember one of Australia’s most significant events of the modern era”.

The opening will be at 10.00am on Friday, 12 February 2010

It will be remain open for viewing between 10.00am – 3pm

The exhibition will be at National Australia Bank, The Auditorium, Ground Floor, 800 Bourke Street, Docklands.
