When we receive your order we will confirm by email within 24 business hours that your purchase order has been received. If you are making a bank transfer we will contact you once it has been cleared by our bank. Your painting will be sent through specialised art transport, Australia Post or TNT.

 

Delivery within Australia
Unstretched paintings are sent through Australia Post or TNT, a leading provider of express delivery services. For artworks delivered within Australia you will normally receive your door to door delivery up to 14 business days from purchase confirmation. In the case of a stretched work, specialist art transport is arranged. Insurance is optional.

 

International Delivery
We freight rolled, unstretched artworks to anywhere in the world, providing standard delivery services are available. Most freight is sent through TNT or Australia Post, however, we do use specialist art transport, particularly with stretched works (which may incur an additional cost). The artwork will be delivered to your door usually within 14 days or more depending on customs requirements. Full tracking is available through our shipping agent. Insurance is optional.

 

Packaging
Rolled paintings are inserted into tough cylinders. The Certificate of Authenticity, receipt, and any other documentation can be forwarded by separate mail. Stretched paintings are put into a crate for overseas deliveries. Domestic deliveries on (art transport) shuttles are delivered in bubble wrap.

 

Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address you nominate has a representative to accept and sign for the package. Otherwise you will be left a calling card to advise you on how to collect your package. Please note we do not deliver to a Post Office Box unless we are sending by Parcel Post. In addition to providing a location address, please provide a contact name and phone number for ease of communication. If there is any problem with the artwork when you receive it, please immediately contact us at info@aboriginalartdirectory.com or by phone and we will take the necessary action to rectify the problem.

 

Order & Processing Issues
We will inform you within 24 business hours of receiving your order if there are any issues associated with the artwork, delivery or payment (or 4 business days if the issue is payment-related with the payment is being made by international transfer). The contact will be by email or by phone if you have provided a contact phone number. Our website is updated as orders are processed but it is possible – though unlikely – that a painting you purchase has already sold in the gallery shortly beforehand. In the event that you make a payment for an artwork that is no longer in stock, we simply issue a refund and/or help you secure a similar work.
