Alcaston Gallery is privileged to exhibit in Sydney the powerful paintings of the late Johnny Warangkula Tjupurrula, in association with Papunya Tjupi Arts, Papunya, Northern Territory.
This outstanding collection has been meticulously preserved by the people at Papunya for ten years. The family of the late Johnny Warangkula Tjupurrula is delighted to exhibit his work and will receive resale royalties from exhibition sales to put towards the development of the first real art centre at Papunya.
