The consumer watchdog has taken legal action against an Aboriginal art dealer which allegedly sold art made in Indonesia under the guise it was Australian.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accused the retailer, Australian Dreamtime Creations, of falsely claiming certain artworks were by an artist of Aboriginal descent.
