Evelyn shares the Bush Yam (Antwelarr) story of her late Aunt and highly acclaimed Indigenous artist, Emily Kame Kngwarreye. The yams or bush potatoes are collected by digging deep into the soil and are then cooked in the hot coals of a fire.
