A brief report n ABC online about funding for a new art centre in Northern South Australia:

A new arts centre for remote Aboriginal communities has been promised in South Australia’s far north-west.

It will replace an old centre being used by Aboriginal women at Amata, on the APY Lands.

More than $700,000 of federal and state funding will allow the bigger centre.

The Federal Government says it will create local jobs.
